Some people wonder why Dr. Benson works so hard to give his patients straight teeth. Of course it’s nice to have a smile full of evenly aligned teeth, but did you know that straightening your teeth can keep them healthier? Straight teeth also lead to better oral hygiene, increasing your chances of keeping your own natural teeth for a lifetime.
Straight teeth are less prone to decay, because they collect less plaque—the sticky colorless substance that forms on our teeth and leads to tooth decay. And they are easier to keep clean!
If you’re wondering whether your teeth might cause problems because they are out of alignment, give us a call to set up a consultation. Dr. Benson can help you decide whether or not you will benefit from orthodontic treatment at Benson Orthodontics.

Last week, our team at Benson Orthodontics asked you, our great patients, to tell us what you like most about our office. Well, we received some pretty great responses, and thought we'd share a few with you today! If you have any reviews you'd like to share, please feel free to post them here, or by giving us a call!
"I respect Dr. Benson for his conservative approach to patient care. He has kept us informed of my daughter's progress toward braces over the past 3 years and did not insist on orthodontics until she was ready. I always leave with a clear plan in mind and I don't feel taken advantage of. His open communication and great staff make it a pleasure to come and I feel I can trust their skills with my child!" ~ Susan W.
"Friendly staff, nice office and environment and got my son's braces on the same appointment as the initial consultation - - unbelievable and exceptional patient care!" ~ Cynthia K.
"We love that the parents are made to feel as comfortable as the child. We also love the video games and the fun atmosphere and personality of the staff." ~ Lynn R.
"He explains things where I am able to understand what is going on with my teeth. He is able to answer questions that I have pertaining to my braces. He is very nice and concerned with my treatments." ~ Beverly S.
"Dr. Benson made my daughter very comfortable with the process and that was very important to me as a mother. She wasn't scared at all!" ~ Kelly G.
"The friendly staff. They are very helpful whenever we have a need. Dr. Benson is GREAT. He is very informative in explaining things." ~ Ricky F.
